The Owner & founder of Jackson Security Systems LLC, Thomas Jackson Jr., has 20 years of pure experience in Security Industry. Everything from non-commissioned & commissioned officers, to burglar alarms, CCTV monitoring and installation, and armed patrol has been a major part of his life for the better part of two decades. He is currently a Personal Protection Officer (Level 4) and is an active and respected security consultant in the Dallas-Fort Worth. In his downtime, he’s planning and utilizing resources to benefit the needs of others in both his family and the community.

Rochelle Boston, a security and relations occupant for 20 plus years, is now a fully dedicated non-commissioned & commissioned licensed officer. Her skillset and personal relatability, over the past four years, has gone far beyond expectations of her peers. These very qualities have enabled her to succeed and progress above others to the position of Director of Events. Boston uses what little time she takes off to enjoy the love and smiles of others. Most of which are usually inspired her anyway.

Quinton Norton has applied himself in sales and management for over 20 years. Security detail became a passion of his within the past 10 years. He has gone above and beyond to educate himself, progress in both knowledge and understanding, and excel in multiple areas of the field. He is now a licensed Personal Protection Officer, yet still believes whole-heartedly in the De-escalation 1st approach. When not working, which is rare, he's with his family and making the best of the moments together.
Quinton Norton has applied himself in sales and management for over 20 years. Security detail became a passion of his within the past 10 years. He has gone above and beyond to educate himself, progress in both knowledge and understanding, and excel in multiple areas of the field.
